All of our services are based on an estimate approved by our clients. Estimates are a function of the time required to complete the work assigned. Our time is calculated hourly. We put everything into delivering the best quality services possible, at the lowest rate.

Our invoices are clear and precise, and you can use them to follow the management of the project you entrust to us. Capital-Image does not add any fees to our partners’ estimates. Estimates and invoices are an exact reflection of the services you receive.

We don’t charge any fees if you handle expenses for your mandate (e.g. press release distribution, space for events, caterers, etc.). If you want us to take care of the expenses, we add a minimum charge to cover our costs of financing.
